Sign in to http://heatselfservice.adams12.org with your Adams 12 universal ID and password. Click New Issue near the top left. Use this resource to track the status of your open tickets. If you need further assistance learning this tool, click Help at the top right for a brief tutorial.
Send an email to IT.Help@adams12.org with only your universal ID in the subject line. Describe the issue in the message body with as much detail as possible. Attachments can be sent, which will be added to the ticket.
